About Brythm:
Brythm was born out of a study being conducted by Bournemouth University, that intends to find the effects that slow breathing exercises have on blood pressure.
The Brythm app provides the user with a personalised training program that adapts the breathing rate according to the individual’s physiology. This allows study subjects to take part in the research remotely.
Daily training sessions, in your pocket
Take a 10-minute session each day. The breathing speed is adjusted for you in real-time, using the data collected by the sensor.

- Haptic feedback
- Audio feedback
Track your progress
In each session, a score is calculated with a unique algorithm developed specially for Brythm. This information is kept and tracked, so both you and the research team can examine your progress over time.
Don’t you, forget about me.
For better results and for the purpose of the study, it’s important to make a session and register your blood pressure readings everyday. But adding something new to your routine isn’t always easy, so you can set reminders for the most convenient time!
